ANZ launches #equalfuture campaign with our 3 August event

ANZ Wealth has launched a new and bold mass-media campaign which seeks to improve our systems, so that both women and men have the same opportunities to succeed and prosper financially.

To kick-off the campaign they are partnering with Women of Influence delivering a lunchtime event with Executive Director of UN Women and Gender Adviser to Defence Force, Julie McKay.

 Did you know?

  • Women retire with around half as much superannuation as men.1
  • 1 in 5 women yet to retire has no superannuation at all.2
  • Around 90% of women will retire with inadequate savings to fund a comfortable retirement. 2
  • Women earn on average, $700,000 less than men during their lifetime.3
  • 37% of women report having no income at the age of retirement.

These statistics are a stark reality for many women today and, ANZ Wealth is committed to doing what it can to create greater equality and close the many ‘financial gaps’ facing women.
