The Festive season means consumption, spending and celebration so it also a time to consider the greater world outside our own and the challenges many face.
When it comes to balance there is no perfection, but some people do seem to manage things a little better than others.
The next Women of Influence November event is all about keeping the balance, taking a moment to reassess what is important and also consider what tools and practices will help us stay productive without stress.
Our panel will share their experience, tools, processes and rituals to help you maintain balance.
